SMS Consent

Nolan Web Designs Co uses SMS for internal operational notifications, including lead alerts generated after calls to our AI receptionist.

The sole recipient of the current internal lead-alert campaign is the owner of Nolan Web Designs Co.

Consent is collected verbally before the SMS automation is enabled.

The verbal consent script is:

“Nolan Web Designs Co would like to send recurring SMS lead alerts to your mobile number after calls to our AI receptionist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these text messages?”

The recipient must answer YES before the mobile number is configured in the private Make/Twilio automation.

No customer phone numbers are enrolled in or sent messages through this internal lead-alert campaign.

The recipient may disable the automation at any time and may reply STOP to opt out of future messages.
